Overview
The E36 M3 is rightfully gaining more attention in the general car communities and was always beloved by the BMW enthusiasts. It's not difficult to see why after spending time behind the wheel and exercising its neutrally balanced chassis on your favorite backroad; void of any intrusive technology that didn't directly enhance the analog driving experience. A mechanically locking rear differential, a transmission that requires three pedals, and an engine that doesn't overwhelm the experience. A recipe many wish BMW Motorsport reflected more on with their current offerings. With the advent of "The Neue Klasse" it doesn't look like it will happen anytime soon, so it's out responsibility to preserve what was and enjoy it in the now.
This example has a sterling ownership history with enthusiasts both before and after it was acquired by Enthusiast Auto Group in 2010. It remained local and received all of the maintenance as well as typical for this platform services until this day. Upgrades are tastefully done and enhance the driving experience without tipping the scales into transforming this into a different driving vehicle. It very much feels exactly like an E36 M3 with more natural ability.
Services complete at facility prior to listing the vehicle include: Oil pan gasket replacement with oil and filter service, brake fluid flush, power steering cooler line and fluid flush, sway bar bushings and rear sway bar links, front wheel bearing replacement and several everyday experience part replacements like hood supporting shocks.
Its condition is incredibly honest and reflects the 77k mile number on the odometer. Minor wear on forward facing panels typical with street driving along with the standard interior wear. An upgraded radio unit is installed that mimics the 90's design but allows for current-day phone connectivity. The tires measure with plenty of tread, and while it was always stored properly, we'd recommend the new owner get a fresh set of tires to get the whole experience. This service along with any client requested items can easily be performed prior to delivery!
